The Fragile States are Dido Hallett , Donald Ross Skinner and Dan Cross.
Dido and Donald were both members of TIGER (the popular RoughTrade band signed in 1996). Donald Ross Skinner was the guitarist in Julian Cope’s band. Dan Cross was a lead guitarist in the Fire Records influential band THEPERFECT DISASTER.
